Working hard in our city are the charities; Wearside Youth For Christ, Wearside Women in Need and Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen. We work with these charities throughout the year.

The international charities we support include -

Compassion An international Christian child development and child advocacy ministry. Partnering with local churches, Compassion are committed to the spiritual, economic, social and physical development of children living in extreme poverty in 26 countries, enabling them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults. www.compassionuk.org

Release International Founded by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand, this charity serves persecuted Christians in 30 countries around the world: supporting pastors, Christian prisoners and their families, they also supply Bibles and Christian literature. For more information visit www.releaseinternational.org
